June 12, 2013 - The James Project Inc. was granted tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.The James project was determined to be a public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Code. The effective date of exemption is November 17, 2011. |
