of the Internal Revenue Code. The James Project is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests,

The James Project is funded by the contributions of several
individuals whom have been blessed by our Almighty God and received financial blessings in their companies
that far exceeded their needs.
The James Project has been established to help those in need of
food, clothing, medical attention and housing by providing funds to serve those ends. This assistance
will be given in the name of Jesus Christ and for the Glory of our Almighty God. Without His Blessings,
this would not be possible. The organization will also donate to other Christian charities that serve
like purposes.
The James Project is guided by a Board of Directors consisting of
5 volunteers. All directors are active Christians and receive no compensation for their
contributions. The officers of the company are selected from this group of directors and they do not
receive any compensation for their operation of the charity. All monies received into the James Project
will be utilized to fulfill our Christian mission.
